Four police cars pulled up outside the hotel. The fighting continued until 5am until the police arrived. I called back at 3.40 and told the man at the reception that he needed to call the police asap and remove these people from the hotel as we had been woken twice by them. I rang the reception at 3.20am, they told me they couldn’t hear me on the phone and hung up. At 2.30am the screaming and door slamming started again. They were extremely abusive and violent to one another. At 11.30pm we were woken by screaming on the corridor and doors slamming. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.
